Overview
Axiom LSAT offers a free tier that lets you evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds on paid subscriptions. This policy explains the limited circumstances where a refund may be issued.
Subscription billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. When you subscribe, you are charged immediately for the current billing period. Cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you will not be charged again, and you retain access to paid features until the period ends.
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
Eligible refund situations
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge — you were billed more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
- Unauthorized charge — a subscription was created without your knowledge or consent and you report it promptly.
- Extended outage — Axiom experienced a platform outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that prevented you from accessing paid features, and you were charged during that period.
- First-time charge within 48 hours — if you are a first-time paid subscriber and contact us within 48 hours of your initial charge, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Non-refundable situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Cancellations after the 48-hour first-charge window has passed
- Partial months or unused time remaining after cancellation
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with AI coach responses or score outcomes
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us through the platform's support channel with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
