1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Axiom LSAT (“Axiom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including students and tutors.
2. Description of service
Axiom is an LSAT study platform that provides a Wrong Answer Journal, performance analytics, and an AI-powered study coach. Features vary by subscription tier.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Axiom. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Axiom offers a free tier and a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Axiom
- Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or otherwise collect data from the platform
- Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use one account
- Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
- Upload, paste, or store any content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted test materials, questions, or passages owned by third parties such as LSAC. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you submit complies with applicable copyright law.
7. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and materials on Axiom are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the study notes and journal entries you create. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service.
LSAT is a registered trademark of LSAC. Axiom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LSAC in any way.
8. User-submitted content and third-party materials
Axiom is a personal study tool that allows users to log, annotate, and analyze their own study notes. We do not provide, host, reproduce, or distribute any LSAT questions, PrepTest materials, passages, or answer choices. Any such content that appears on the platform was submitted by the user themselves.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, paste, or store on Axiom. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, including LSAC, test-prep companies, or any other copyright holder.
Axiom does not monitor, review, or verify user-submitted content for copyright compliance. If you believe content stored on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the material and we will respond promptly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom disclaims all liability for any copyright infringement or other intellectual property violation arising from content submitted by users.
8. AI features
Axiom's AI coach is built on Anthropic's Claude. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. They are intended as study aids only and should not be relied upon as professional legal, academic, or test-preparation advice. You use AI features at your own discretion.
9. Disclaimers
Axiom is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that use of the platform will improve your LSAT score. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
